Established in 2000 in Slovenia, Happy Tours (official name Druzina Krumpak d.o.o.) started as a family business with a long affiliation with the tourism industry, and gradually evolved into one of the most important and fastest growing incoming tour operators in Europe.<\/p>\n

Every year, we are present at over 30 international exhibitions or workshops throughout the world. We are a member of ETOA, UK Inbound, Congress organisation of Slovenia, and affiliated member of USTOA and JATA.<\/p>\n

The market leader for group travel in South-East Europe<\/span><\/h4>\n

We excel as the market leader when it comes to group travel in South-East and East Europe, dynamically spreading towards covering all of Continental Europe. Our London office established in 2015 handles travelling in North Europe: UK, Ireland and Nordic countries. Our Croatian company, Adria Happy Tours d.o.o. acts as a proper DMC for Croatia and the Adriatic area and our Slovenian company, Dru\u017eina Krumpak d.o.o. is recognised as the largest slovenian owned inbound operator in the country. We also own and manage a hotel Lyra Plitvice, a boutique 4* hotel and a very sustainable property nestled at the edge of Plitvice lakes national park in Croatia.<\/p>\n

We have a MICE department operating under a special brand \u2013 PRIVILEGIUM. Apart from that we also have a daughter company Halki which speacialises in running reservation systems and FIT products.<\/p>\n
