And it\u2019s no wonder: this awe-inspiring fourty-seater restaurant featuring a talented young chef Nicolai Ellitsgaard literally plunges into five meters depth wild North Sea and resembles a hull of an upturned shipwreck \u2013 this is the ultimate place where design meets gastronomy. The 34-metre long concrete structure is simple and solid and symbolizes the tranquillity of the submarine world beneath the waves.
