DAY 2 • SUNDAY • SPLIT – OMIŠ – PUČIŠĆA ( BRAČ ISLAND)

Our English speaking guide will do a morning Split City tour, walking us through the the world famous Diocletian’s Palace. Split is the second largest urban centre in Croatia and the seat of the Split-Dalmatia County. Over 1700 years old, Split abounds with cultural and historical sights, lots of them situated within the Split’s historical nucleus which has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List ever since 1979.

At 12:00 we’ll sail out for Omiš. Lunch served on board, with a refreshing swim stop en route. For centuries, Omiš – located at the delta of Cetina River with its wonderful beaches – was a symbol of retaliation, courage and strength of the pirates fighting against Venetians and other invaders. The town’s fortifications still bear witness to its tumultuous and proud history. Leaving Omiš , we’ll sailout across Brač Channel towards Pučišća, with a short refreshing swim spot en route. Sitting inside a deep fjord, Pučišća – the island’s biggest settlement – boasts authentic Mediterranean architecture whose shiny white stone facades rise uphill to form a stunning amphitheatre, emanating a unique rustic ambiance. Pučišća is renown for its quarries, whose stone was used to build limestone columns of the White House in Washington DC, Vienna Parliament and many other well known buildings around the world. This small town is also home to the ancient Stonemasonry School where students carve Brač limestone using old traditional and unconventional tools. We will spend night in this very quiet little town.

DAY 3 • MONDAY • PUČIŠĆA – BOL – HVAR

In the morning we’ll sail for Bol, a place best known for its beach of Zlatni Rat (Golden cape), which regularly hits the top lists of the most beautiful European beaches. Once we stop in Bol, you can indulge in simple pleasures such as taking a walk around this nice little Dalmatian town, perhaps having a cup of coffee or a swim, until lunch is served on board. After lunch we shall continue cruising along the many scenic coves and bays, all the way to Hvar. Besides being the sunniest Croatian island, Hvar is also one of the country’s most attractive tourist destinations and a meeting point of international jetsetters. Upon our evening arrival at Hvar, a local English speaking guide will walk you through this unique town, introducing you to its millennia-long history, culture and a way of life, along with few islands’ peculiarities, such as the the traditional farming of lavender. Afterwards, you’ll have an evening on your own to explore and dine in one of the numerous family owned restaurants and taverns.

Overnight in Hvar Historical Town

DAY 4 • TUESDAY HVAR-BIŠEVO BLUE CAVE – VIS

We start our day with morning cruise towards Island Bisevo with its Blue cave. The cave has its own natural entrance which is located below sea level, which required that it visitors dive deeply only to resurface into the cave’s mysterious blue depths. This natural phenomenon creates a magical effect of deep blue and shiny silver, mystifying her visitors.

However, sometimes High Waves prevent the entrance to Blue Cave, which is something we shall not know before the morning designated for our visit, and this is a reason why entrance fees should be paid on the spot – if we have luck to visit it! We will dock in Vis. Lunch.

Vis is a pearl among Croatian Adriatic islands, left untouched by the development of tourism for so many years – due to its strategic location on the open sea, it served as a military zone for many years.

Beautiful beaches, and preserved nature, ecological agriculture and preserved traditional architecture are unique advantages of this unique Croatian island. You will have evening free in Vis

Overnight in Vis Town

DAY 5 • WEDNESDAY • VIS – KORČULA

We’ll start our day with morning departure towards the Island of Korčula. Before lunch, we shall stop for a swim in one of pristine bays en route. Our arrival to Korčula is scheduled for the afternoon. Town of Korčula is the island’s main settlement and is known as the birthplace of Marco Polo, one of the world’s most famous explorers of all times. Our English speaking guide will take you for a tour of Korčula Town, through its narrow and cobbled streets and its rich history. You’ll have rest of the evening free to enjoy dining at one of the local restaurants of your choice.
