Established in 2000 in Slovenia, Happy Tours (official name Druzina Krumpak d.o.o.) started as a family business with a long affiliation with the tourism industry, and gradually evolved into one of the most important and fastest growing incoming tour operators in Europe.

We employ many international staff members who communicate with our source markets in their native languages. Our clients are tour operators from all around the World.

A member of ETOA and many other international organisations

Every year, we are present at over 30 international exhibitions or workshops throughout the world. We are a member of ETOA, UK Inbound, Congress organisation of Slovenia, and affiliated member of USTOA and JATA.

The market leader for group travel in South-East Europe

We excel as the market leader when it comes to group travel in South-East and East Europe, dynamically spreading towards covering all of Continental Europe. Our London office established in 2015 handles travelling in North Europe: UK, Ireland and Nordic countries. Our Croatian company, Adria Happy Tours d.o.o. acts as a proper DMC for Croatia and the Adriatic area and our Slovenian company, Družina Krumpak d.o.o. is recognised as the largest slovenian owned inbound operator in the country. We also own and manage a hotel Lyra Plitvice, a boutique 4* hotel and a very sustainable property nestled at the edge of Plitvice lakes national park in Croatia.

PRIVILEGIUM – our luxury and MICE brand

We have a MICE department operating under a special brand – PRIVILEGIUM. Apart from that we also have a daughter company Halki which speacialises in running reservation systems and FIT products.

We monitor travel from arrival at the airport until departure from Europe and make sure that everything runs smoothly. • Have a sustainability action plan with clear targets, actions, measures, responsibilities and appointed employee who coordinates sustainability tasks,
• Have a sustainability mission statement that we communicate to employees, partners and suppliers
• We dedicate our attention to knowledge, education and safe work environment for our employees, as they are one of the key elements of our business process. We provide medical and liability insurance according to the national law, obey national concerning minimum age for admission to employment; we do not discriminate against them on the basis of gender, age, ethnicity, religious affiliation, sexual orientation or in any other way, we ensure all employees have an equal chance and access to resources and opportunities for personal development through regular training, education, create opportunities for students in participating in internship
• Developing our brand Boutique Slovenia which promotes small and micro accommodations run by locals and service provides which offer true local experiences
• Measuring assessments of environmental impacts of tourist group in order to identify key opportunities to implement more sustainable practices.
