5 Ways to Create a Bestseller for the Autumn Season

As the most romantic season in Europe is approaching, we have some tips on how to present this beautiful season to your clients.

1 – Enjoy the Autumnal Leaves and Scenery from our Selected Secret Places

Only a short drive away from Bled lies the only National Park in Slovenia. Named after the highest mountain in Slovenia, Triglav National Park covers an area of approximately 838 km² and it is home to the biggest Slovenian Glacial Lake, Lake Bohinj, where is it possible to enjoy a romantic boat ride while viewing the lake and the surrounding autumnal scenery. Countless cultural and natural features are spread along this park and its picturesque mountain pics, valleys, and charming Alpine villages like Kranjska Gora, the Slovenian version of The Dolomites, are a must see.

2 – Ride with a View

Another way to enjoy this season is to wake up in Ljubljana, and after visiting the Postojna Cave in the morning, to take the 2 hours ride along the beautiful river Soca on the Bohinj Railway from Nova Gorica to Bohinj, or Bled. The other route we would like to especially recommend is on the Semmering Railway, the first Unesco recognised railway in the world, from Graz to Vienna.

*Hotel Jezero in Plitvice is very well located inside the Plitvice Lakes National Park

*Hotel Jezero in Bohinj is about 100m from the Lake Bohinj, inside the Triglav National Park

4 – Promote the Pumpkin Season

Both Croatia and Slovenia are famous for their pumpkins and they surely know how to use them. From pies and ice-cream, to oils and risotto, there is something for everyone, including those interested in taking carving classes.

5 – Watch the Wine

Visit some of the biggest upmarket wineries in Slovenia, or smaller family owned wineries in the Peljasac Peninsula or Korcula island, and watch the first stages of winemaking during the harvest season.
