It is said that the Game of Thrones production team will film the scenes for the last season of the spellbinding fantasy series also in Dubrovnik. Back in November, the authors of were spotted checking out new locations in the city. The eight, final season, will feature many celebrities, the rumour has it that even Jon Snow will film in Dubrovnik. This news coincides with an official HBO statement released at the beginning of January that the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones would hit the screens in 2019.
